LCD & Display Remanufacturing
BeiShark
BeiShark runs dedicated production lines for display recovery. Their proprietary delamination and rebonding processes recover LCD and OLED panels that other processors write off as unrepairable. Yield rates that change unit economics. Quality that meets or exceeds OEM specification.

National Recycling Platform (State-Owned Enterprise)
CRRG — China Resources Recycling Group
Established in October 2024 with ¥10 billion (approx. €1.3B) in registered capital, CRRG is a state-owned enterprise under SASAC tasked with building China's national resource recycling infrastructure. Operations span steel, electronics, EV batteries, non-ferrous metals, and renewable energy equipment. The Repair Alliance is CRRG's US-facing electronics processing partner.
