We Built This Because the Capacity Didn't Exist.

Every year, US carriers, retailers, and enterprises decommission millions of devices. The repair infrastructure to handle that volume at the quality and compliance standards the market demands? It wasn't there. So we assembled it.

The Problem

The math is simple. American companies generate more end-of-life electronics than American processors can handle. The result: devices sit on pallets in warehouses for months. They lose value every week. Some get shipped to unverified processors overseas. Some end up in landfills.

The Repair Alliance was formed to close that gap. We partnered directly with specialized remanufacturing facilities in Beihai, China — Vast Universe for device processing, BeiShark for LCD recovery — and with CRRG, the state-owned enterprise building China's national recycling infrastructure. Together, we offer a single, auditable channel for device processing at volume.

We don't just fix screens. We operate at the intersection of international trade compliance, environmental regulation, and industrial-scale electronics processing. That's a narrow lane. We stay in it.

Chain of Custody

Every device tracked from your dock to our processing line to final disposition. Serial-level reporting. No gaps.

Capacity

Backed by ¥10 billion in partner infrastructure. We don't turn away volume — we were built to absorb it.

Compliance

R2 certified. Customs compliant. Full documentation for every shipment, every process, every output. We know what auditors ask for because we've sat through the audits.
